Membership FAQ
How do monthly credits work?
Each month, your membership automatically deposits funds or Choice Benefits into your Beverly Hills Wellness Wallet. These may be redeemed toward eligible treatments and services listed under your membership tier.
Beauty Bank: Monthly deposits act as stored membership value and may be used toward any treatment, service, or retail purchase.
Starlet Glow & Couture Rejuvenation: Choice Benefits are exclusive member rewards and can only be redeemed for eligible services within your plan
Can I roll over unused months?
Yes. Any unused Beauty Bank funds or Choice Benefits remain stored in your Beverly Hills Wellness Wallet while your membership is active. They may be applied toward future eligible services as long as your membership remains active.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel before completing your 6-month minimum term (for Starlet Glow or Couture Rejuvenation), any unused Choice Benefits and the remaining contract term will be forfeited. Once a membership is cancelled or inactive, all remaining funds or benefits immediately expire and cannot be redeemed or refunded.
Do I have to commit for a full year?
No. Beauty Bank memberships renew monthly with no long-term commitment.
Starlet Glow and Couture Rejuvenation memberships require a 6-month minimum term. After completing this period, you may continue month-to-month or cancel anytime.
Can I switch membership tiers?
Yes. After completing your 6-month minimum term, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership. Any stored funds or Choice Benefits will transfer according to the new tier’s eligible services and terms.
